I am a born-again Christian and very blessed husband of a wonderful wife. I'm a proud Dad to a couple of fine young men, one great daughter-in-law and especially I like being a "grandpa" for two full-blast little boys and one brand new granddaughter. If you have a family, then you can appreciate my feelings. My favorite scripture is Proverbs 3:5-6.

Growing up in Eastern Washington in a farming and logging family was wonderful. Community pride and respect for hard work (by doing lots of it) and taking care of family and friends was the standard of my parents and in our family. With four brothers and one little sister and occasional extra people who lived with our family it was often exciting (to say the least!!). Especially for my folks.

As a 26 year member of the Washington State Patrol (retired Sergeant), I proudly served the the community. I worked long and hard, made many great friends and sadly lost a couple, taught the "rookies", supervised an office and crew, and learned to drive really really fast (I still miss that part). Negotiation, problem solving, respect for all, persistence and attention to detail that I learned in the WSP continue to serve me well in my business as a professional real estate consultant.
